Let's Start with a Conversation
Every big change starts with a simple step, a moment of connection. This free call isn't a sales pitch. It's a space to slow down, share what's been happening, and see whether our approach feels like a fit for you. The call is with our intake coordinator, who will answer your questions about insurance and rates and match you with the right therapist. Your first session is with your therapist.
Most of the people we meet tell us that just talking through what's been on their mind brings a little relief, like taking off a heavy backpack you didn't realize you were carrying. From there, we can look together at what kind of support or direction might help most right now.
We'll answer your questions, explain how our process works, and make sure you walk away with clarity, whether that means scheduling your first session or simply getting pointed in the right direction.

Let's Take This Step Together
- You'll get a text confirmation from our office number.
- The same business day, usually within the hour, for a short, free conversation about what's bringing you in, your insurance, and which therapist fits. Messages sent after hours get a call the next business morning.
- If we're a good fit, we schedule your first session. If not, we'll point you toward someone who is.
Insurance, rates & logistics
Do you take insurance?
The practice is in network with Medicare, Regence (BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon), PacificSource Commercial, PacificSource Community Solutions (OHP), Moda, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Not every clinician is in network with every plan, so tell us your plan on the consultation call and we'll match you with someone who takes it. We also see TRICARE clients; Tim Moore and Lezlie Kellison are credentialed with TRICARE. For other plans we provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
What are your rates?
Individual sessions are $190 and couples sessions are $195. A sliding scale is available; ask on the consultation call. If you are paying out of pocket, you are entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before you begin; see the Good Faith Estimate page linked in the footer.
How do I get started?
Send a short message through the contact page, or call the office. We'll set up a brief phone consultation, free of charge, with our intake coordinator rather than a therapist. That call is to hear what's bringing you in, answer questions about insurance and rates, and match you with the right clinician. Your first session is with your therapist. A sentence or two is plenty to start. If we're not the right practice for your needs, we'll do our best to point you toward someone who is.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure video sessions are available through Spruce, the platform we use for client communication, for clients located in Oregon. Some of our work is in person only; we'll talk through what fits on the consultation call.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and missed sessions are billed at the full session rate.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is protected by law and by professional ethics, with a few specific exceptions (such as imminent risk of serious harm or suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult) that we'll review together in your first session and in your intake paperwork.
