Online Therapy in Oregon
Online therapy across Oregon
A steady place to sort out what's true and what's next.
Aspen Counseling offers secure video sessions to clients anywhere in Oregon through Spruce, the platform we use for all client communication. The office is in Sisters, and much of the work translates well to a screen: the same unhurried pace, the same attention to what is happening in you as we talk.
Telehealth suits people who live far from a therapist they want to work with, whose schedules make a drive hard, or who simply do better in their own space. Some of the work is better in person, and we will say so on the consultation call if that is true for you.
About Individual Counseling at Aspen Counseling
Not everything needs a specialized protocol. Sometimes you need a seasoned, grounded therapist and an hour that's actually yours — for anxiety, depression, grief, a crossroads, or the sense that your life has drifted from what matters.

Do I need to be in Oregon?
Yes. Oregon licensure covers clients who are physically in Oregon at the time of the session, wherever in the state that is. We cannot see clients located in another state.
What do I need for a video session?
A private space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Sessions run through Spruce; we send you what you need before your first one.
How do I get started?
Send a message through the contact page or call the office. Every new client relationship starts with a free phone consultation with our intake coordinator, a low-pressure conversation about what's bringing you in, your insurance, and which of our therapists is the right fit.
Curious about Individual Counseling?
Start with a free phone consultation. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and whether this approach is the right fit for you.
