Accepting new clients

I'm deeply interested in how people make meaning of their lives, especially during times of challenge and change. My work is rooted in curiosity, reflection, and the belief that healing happens through relationship and awareness. Before entering the mental health field, I studied science, spent years immersed in visual art, and continue to work as an independent watercolor artist.

I bring extensive training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches, including yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and addiction counseling. I have taught in settings ranging from wilderness therapy to correctional facilities and value diverse perspectives on healing and resilience. Clients often describe my presence as grounded, calm, and enthusiastic.
